Getting Back Into the Gym: My 3 Weeks of Strength with Apple Fitness Plus

Since I am not a fan of the cold weather and I love a deal – I took advantage of the 2 months I have free on the app and took the workouts into the house.

This 3 week program is the jumpstart back into the gym to start training for all of my upcoming adventures. It’s compromised of 4 – 30 minute strength based workouts per week. It targets, upper, lower and total body twice during the week.

Here’s how my first week went, stay tuned for week 2. If you’re getting active let me know what you do to keep up in the winter.
